Flippin’ Fabulous is located at 234 W Main St, Suite 3, Waukesha, WI 53186 in the Main Street Plaza Shoppes in the heart of historic downtown Waukesha. Before submitting your payment, please take the time to read the item description in its entirety, including processing times. Orders are processed in the order they are received once payment is made.
All items that are made-to-order will be listed as such in the item description.

All product pre-orders must be paid for at time of checkout if ordering online OR within 24 hours of receipt of invoice.
If a rush order is desired, please contact me before placing your order to ensure that I can meet the deadline.
A rush order fee will be calculated and sent via invoice, as well as any additional express shipping costs.
If an item is out of stock, it will indicate such on the product page. Please note that I try to restock items as soon as possible.

If after placing your order an item becomes unavailable, you will be contacted as soon as possible. If an item is on backorder, you can either choose to wait for the item to be restocked or I will issue a full refund.
Due to the nature of my business, I do not accept order cancellations.
If the order is a gift, please indicate such in the comments and be sure to update the shipping address for your order.
If you wish to include a special message to the recipient, please include that in the order comments. I will include a hand-written note along with the package for no additional charge.
Disclosure on product materials used:
Real wood is used to create all of my handmade signs. Depending on the piece, the wood will either be reclaimed or has been purchased new. All wood is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each project is started. Due to the nature of using real wood products, please expect variances in knots, grains, textures, cracks, chips, sap slits, etc. I use the highest quality products that are both eco-friendly and environmentally safe. Wood grains and textures vary which can impact the way the wood accepts the stain. The natural flaws of wood add character to each finished piece, as no two pieces of wood are exactly the same. Your finished product is a beautiful, unique, handcrafted, high-quality item.

All shipping rates are calculated using USPS Priority Mail and will vary based on weight, size of package, and destination.
Shipping estimates are provided when purchasing an item from my shop and are calculated at checkout.
All in-stock items will be shipped within 7 business days after payment is received. Please allow extra time during holidays and peak seasons.
Please allow made-to-order items and custom orders up to 14 days for manufacturing and processing time before the item is shipped.
Pre-ordered products will ship out within 7 business days after they are in-stock.
If you are purchasing more than one item and want to combine shipping, please contact me before submitting payment so that I can calculate and apply the shipping discount.
United States Postal Service (USPS) is my preferred carrier for delivery via Priority Mail.
Items will ship to the shipping address provided at checkout. I cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Please note that I currently only ship to the continental United States. The standard delivery time frame for priority mail is 1 to 3 business days. Orders are shipped Mondays-Saturdays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Insurance is automatically included with USPS Priority Mail. Each package is insured for its full retail value (up to $100.)
If additional insurance is desired, please contact me before placing your order.
Items Damaged During Shipping
I take great care when packaging my products and use quality packing materials that meet USPS shipping standards in order to ensure no damage occurs during shipping.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days. I may ask you to provide photos showing pictures of the box, damage to the items, and/or full details of your damage in order to process your refund. Please keep in mind that all packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail are insured for their full retail value (up to $100.)

What if I want to order an item that is currently listed on your website as out of stock?
- Please contact me to inquire on future product availability including restocks.
Do you accept custom orders?
- Yes! Custom orders are always welcome. Almost all signs can be duplicated and personalized. I do require a 50% deposit on custom orders prior to starting a project. Remaining balance is due at project completion, either on or before delivery. Please contact me for an estimate
I live nearby and would like to pick up my item(s). Is there an option to pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
- Yes! If you live local and would like to pick-up your item(s), please use discount code “SHOPLOCAL” at checkout for free local pickup. You can pick-up your items at my storefront during regular business hours.
Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes! If you order $100 or more in product, you will receive free shipping. Discount will automatically be calculated at checkout.
How often do you run sales or offer discounts/coupon codes?
- Sales are usually run quarterly, with flash sales happening every now and then. Be sure to sign up for my newsletter and also follow me on social media to be the first to receive the latest sales alerts, special offers, and read about upcoming events and the latest happenings in the shop.
I received the item, but the color looks different than what is pictured on your website. Why is this?
The colors may vary from the photos in my online shop due to the display settings you have on your electronic device.
Customer satisfaction and safety is my #1 priority here at Flippin’ Fabulous LLC. I am closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and am taking the necessary precautions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. I will continue to follow safety protocols and procedures as recommended by the Racine County Health Department, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
When you enter the shop you will find contactless hand sanitizer as well as multiple hand sanitizers throughout the boutique.
I thoroughly clean every piece before bringing it into the storefront. The boutique is regularly cleaned and sanitized using the highest quality, environmentally safe products while following the protocols recommended by the agencies mentioned above.
I am dedicated to staying safely open for business and am accepting new orders via online and also thru my Facebook page. You can shop online 24/7 on my website at www.flippinfabulousllc.com. Gift cards are now available in $25 increments up to $100
Local pickup at the shop is available via in-store or curbside service. Most items can be shipped via USPS priority mail (1-3 day) which includes free tracking and insurance up to $50.
Custom orders are always welcome.
If you are interested in a piece that is posted online or in my shop, I ask that you call and make payment over the phone. We can hold your item(s) for you until you are able to pick up (unless shipping is desired.)
Design consultations can also be scheduled at this time via my website or Facebook page.
